For more than 14 years, Morgan de Mouchet worked inside some of the most emotionally demanding environments in human services and healthcare — from residential behavioral health programs and child welfare agencies to large-scale healthcare operations managing teams of dozens across high-pressure, high-stakes settings.
She was good at it. She led, managed crises, built teams, and kept programs running. And like many of the professionals she worked alongside, she was never formally taught how to manage her own emotional responses under that pressure. Nobody was.
That gap — and the burnout that followed — is what led to RTD Consulting & Training, LLC.
Today, Morgan brings the same real-world experience that shaped her career into training rooms across Snohomish County and the Pacific Northwest. Her work focuses on what most leadership development overlooks: the practical, learnable skills of emotional regulation, de-escalation, and anger management for professionals who are already good at their jobs but need tools for when the pressure spikes.
Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Human Services from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Human Services from California State University, San Bernardino. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist and a Certified Human Resource Management Professional.
Her clients include healthcare teams, non-profit organizations, corporate leadership groups, and individual professionals — anyone navigating high-pressure work who was expected to manage that pressure without ever being given the tools to do so.
